This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, and referring URLs.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use the information we collect for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: To facilitate account creation, manage user accounts, and provide our core AI analysis features.
  • To Process Your Inputs: Your User Content (URLs, text, images) is processed by third-party generative AI models (e.g., Google Gemini) to generate your analysis report. This data is handled according to their respective privacy policies.
  • To Manage User Data: Your account information and saved reports are stored securely using Firebase services.
  • To Communicate with You: To respond to your inquiries and provide support.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared with Anyone?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, or agents who perform services for us (e.g., cloud hosting with Google Cloud, AI processing with Google AI). They have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

We do not sell your personal data.
