2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and personalize the AI-powered car analysis experience
  • Generate reports based on your submissions (images, URLs, text)
  • Manage your account and store saved results (via Firebase)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Improve the Service and troubleshoot issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. AI and Third-Party Processing

  • Your data (e.g., screenshots, URLs, car details) may be processed by third-party AI models (e.g., Google Gemini or other GenAI tools) to generate reports.
  • We only send the minimum required data and do not use it for training or resale.
  • These tools may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or UK, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Consent: When you voluntarily provide information or opt in to features.

Avturo is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Our services are hosted in the United States. If you access Avturo from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may not offer the same level of protection as your home jurisdiction.

We use appropriate safeguards where required by law.

11. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or features. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app. Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the changes.
